Frequently Asked Questions


Q:  Are you officially registered with the State of California?

A:   Yes, our company is registered with the California Public Utilities Commission. Our Transportation Charter Party number is TCP 0029680 – P

Q:  Do you provide curb-to-curb transportation?

A:   Yes, we make sure all riders are safely picked up from their starting location. We then transport riders to their predetermined destination.

We are also licensed to pick up directly curbside from the luggage pick-up area at the San Diego International Airport.

Q:  How do  I schedule a ride?

A:   Reservations are made through calling, texting or emailing ( after confirming ride availability.

Q:  How do I pay?

A:   Our credit transactions are securely conducted through Quickbooks Online and Square offering options with most major credit cards. We accept checks. We do not accept tips.

Q:  Are you available for weekend service?

A:   Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Occasionally, we will extend our hours to accommodate special requests and airline schedules.

Q:  Do you charge extra for siblings or multiple riders?

A:  We welcome additional riders (up to a maximum of 4 total passengers) for the one low price. Also, we welcome your friends or neighbors who would like to split the cost of the ride with you. However, they must all be departing from and returning to the same destination. And, if we are unable to split the invoice, you must work that out directly with your friends or neighbors.

Q:  How will riders recognize, Inc. drivers?

A:   Our drivers will have lanyards with photo ID badges on them. The vehicle will be clearly labeled with our TCP number on the bumpers.

Q:  What type of safety screening do your drivers go through?

A:   We are CPR/First Aid certified, have Live Scan background checks through the Trustline Registry Program, current TB tests, drug tests and we regularly participate in safety driving sessions as required through our California Public Utilities Commission licensing process. Our drivers also have volunteered for years in the local community and realize the importance of safe care giving skills for kids and adults.

Q:  Why should I choose your service rather than another form of transportation for my passenger?

A:   That is simple. We care about your transportation needs because we have experienced the need first hand through our own relatives and friends. We started, Inc. to help busy families with their transportation needs. We enjoy providing personal, warm and caring attention to our clients.

Q:  Do you provide transportation service to the physically disabled?

A:   Our vehicles are not equipped to transport riders who require medical or mobility equipment other than folding wheelchairs, walkers and canes, and we are not registered with the state’s California Public Utilities Commission as a disabled shuttle service. We suggest that you contact a company that is adequately equipped to handle the needs of non-ambulatory patients.
